Berdasarkan video tersebut, lelaki terbabit tidak berpuas hati disuruh datang pada waktu lain dan meminta pihak berkenaan menambah kakitangan agar dapat melancarkan urusan orang awam yang datang untuk mendapatkan perkhidmatan mereka.

I totally understand his frustration. He took his time to get things done, waited patiently for 4 hours, only to be told to go home. Wasted his time, money as he said rumah bukannya dekat.
